Born in 1962, Jeremy left school at 16 with four Unclassifieds and a D. A serial entrepreneur, he has many successful ventures to his name. Wanting to prove himself in a large corporation, Jeremy joined the McDonald’s Graduate Scheme, and gained five stars in record time. In 1999 Jeremy became one of the founding members of Sebor Absinth, before setting up hi/spirits in 2002.
