Ellen Ridley

Operations Manager, The Bar Academy

After completing a degree in International Hotel Management, Ellen moved swiftly up the ranks at Hotel Malmaison in Manchester, becoming Assistant Operations Manager for the hotel. She then left and became Guest Relations Manager at a new bar and restaurant, Obsidian. Ellen then worked for an IT-based company, before starting work on The Bar Academy in January 2007.
