|Position Title:||Assistant Brand Manager, RTDs and Miniatures|
|Qualifications/Experience:||1+ years’ experience working in a similar role.|
Skilled in consumer-focused activations.
Demonstrates experience in prioritising a portfolio of brands.
|Reports To:||Senior Brand Manager – Vodka, Rum, RTD & 5cl|
|Reason for Position:||Execute and evaluate creative and disruptive initiatives across the Hi-Spirits portfolio.|
|Responsibilities:||Develop and deliver brand strategies which will achieve Hi-Spirits targets, within marketing budgets.|
Manage, evaluate and report results linked to clear objectives and KPIs.
Responsible for Marketing elements on portfolio plays within the Cash & Carry/Convenience channels.
Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that brand priorities are executed in-line with objectives.
Continually manage external agencies across a broad range of areas – not limited to advertising, social, activation, POS and design.

Brand Management and/or related experience in an FMCG environment
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills
Passion for spirits and alcohol with some knowledge of the UK On and Off-Trade landscape
Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are essential
