Position Title:Assistant Brand Manager, RTDs and Miniatures
Qualifications/Experience:1+ years’ experience working in a similar role.

Skilled in consumer-focused activations.

Demonstrates experience in prioritising a portfolio of brands.

Reports To:Senior Brand Manager – Vodka, Rum, RTD & 5cl
Reason for Position:Execute and evaluate creative and disruptive initiatives across the Hi-Spirits portfolio.
Responsibilities:  Develop and deliver brand strategies which will achieve Hi-Spirits targets, within marketing budgets.

Manage, evaluate and report results linked to clear objectives and KPIs.

Responsible for Marketing elements on portfolio plays within the Cash & Carry/Convenience channels.

Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that brand priorities are executed in-line with objectives.

Continually manage external agencies across a broad range of areas – not limited to advertising, social, activation, POS and design.

Requirements:Creative, challenger mindset + being brave and wanting to do things differently.

A winning mentality, we need more people who really want to build category leading brands – not just content with growth.

Accountability, people that are prepared to stand-up for what they believe is the right thing to do and see it through to execution.

Brand Management and/or related experience in an FMCG environment

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills

Passion for spirits and alcohol with some knowledge of the UK On and Off-Trade landscape

Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are essential
