Hi-Spirits is one of the UK’s leading spirit distributors and is seeking to recruit a new Assistant Brand Manager to join the Southern Comfort Marketing Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Southern Comfort Senior Brand Manager to deliver NSV, profit, market share of the largest brand in the Hi-Spirits’ portfolio with plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders.
Southern Comfort, the Spirit of New Orleans, is a truly iconic brand on an exciting journey. As the Southern Comfort Assistant Brand Manager, you will be fundamental in driving brand equity and market share through thought-leading and disruptive campaigns. Using your creativity, can-do attitude and commercial awareness you will be responsible for key brand specific projects ensuring effective and efficient delivery on time and within budget. Southern Comfort has big ambitions and these exciting projects include; execution of strategic national brand partnerships, brand-led activations, managing social media and brand POS procurement/management. You will have a key role in the development of brand building plans leveraging consumer, category and customer insights – tracking and optimising against clear KPIs.

- Brand Management and/or related experience in an FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills
- Ability to show creative thinking and executional delivery of brand building initiatives
- Must demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to engage and collaborate with sales teams
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Passion for spirits and alcohol with some knowledge of the UK On and Off-Trade landscape
- Willing to learn with a positive, can do attitude
