This UK Brand Manager role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and plans on to deliver long-term sustainable growth. Working closely with the Brand Team (local & global), you will unlock insight to build integrated plans collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Using your challenger mindset, creative-thinking and commercial awareness you can act with agility, autonomy & smarts to deliver disruptive activations in market, on time and within budget. With a big focus on learning, you will measure effectiveness of activations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in all we do.

|Qualifications/Experience:||3+ years’ experience building brands, with experience across the mix
Skilled in brand marketing & familiar with ‘how brands grow’
Must be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of how to build top of mind awareness and its importance in the consumer funnel
Demonstrates experience of managing all aspects of brand commercial delivery, building cross-functional relationships, embracing external partners as part of a broader brand team.
Experience working with global marketing teams is a bonus.
|Reports To:||Senior Marketing Manager|
|Reason for Position:||To develop, work collaboratively, execute and evaluate disruptive brand building initiatives on Buffalo Trace, Paul John and other defined brands|
|Responsibilities:||Develop and deliver compelling brand plans and activations which will catch the attention of consumers nationwide. Achieving UK topline and profit targets effectively maximizing annual marketing budgets.
Manage, evaluate and report results linked to clear objectives and KPIs. Ensure that the brands in your portfolio perform in a manner consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
Work collaboratively with key internal (local & global) and external stakeholders to ensure that brand priorities are aligned and that your brand portfolio are achieving commercial metrics.
Responsible for key brand activations including brand partnerships & trade activation to get the UK to take notice of UK Hero brand, Buffalo Trace.
Brand lead for Paul John including brand planning, brand owner key contact & lead, P&L accountability & execution in market
