A highly successful drinks distributor is looking to recruit a new Sales Ledger Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team in their Hampton Wick.

We are looking for someone who is part or full AAT qualified and has experience of working within an Accounts department. They would have good telephone manner, organizational skills and must have a willing, pro-active approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing sales invoices on a daily basis
  • Logging, investigating and resolving customer invoices under query
  • Maintain accurate information of the Sales Ledger
  • Contact customers to collect debit notes
  • Reconciliation of the Sales Ledger
  • Prepare reports and send to management
  • Upload invoices onto customer websites and portals

Requirements:

  • The successful applicant will:
  • Have held a similar Accounts Assistant role
  • Part/Full AAT qualified
  • Have good Excel skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Work well as a team but also as an individual
  • Ideally have worked as part of a busy Accounts team
