Tito’s Handmade Vodka is proud to sponsor this year’s infamous NME awards and is also pleased to be supporting the Best Track category.
With past winners including Oasis, Florence and the Machine and Arctic Monkeys, the NME awards have been recognising and rewarding the very best in music for over 60 years. This year the NME awards are back and bigger than ever maintaining their jovial and humorous character and featuring live performances from some of the world’s biggest acts including The Vaccines, Royal Blood, Run the Jewels and more.
The notorious middle finger awards will be dished out on the 18th February to the best the music industry has to offer in categories ranging from Best British Band and Best Festival to Best Lyrics and Dancefloor Filler. Performers who have been nominated for the awards include Kasabian who have received a total of eight nods, Royal Blood and Jamie T who have both received seven nominations, and Alt-J and Lana Del Rey.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka are sponsoring the prestigious Best Track category for which nominations include:
- Future Islands – ‘Seasons (Waiting On You)’
- Jamie T – ‘Zombie’
- Jungle – ‘Busy Earnin’’
- Kasabian – ‘Eez-eh’
- Noel Gallagher – ‘In The Heat Of The Moment’
- Royal Blood – ‘Little Monster’
It’s only fitting that Tito’s should be sponsoring this category, which rewards outstanding musical talent in creating a brilliantly crafted track, as Tito’s itself is expertly made with the same attention to detail to produce one of the smoothest vodkas around. Using copper still pots, Tito’s is handmade to perfection in Texas’ first and oldest legal distillery and is distilled six times to give it its distinctive silky smooth texture.
The NME Awards will be held on the 18th February at The O2 Academy Brixton, tickets can be purchased online from the NME website.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is available from online retailers including Drinks Supermarket and The Spirit Cellar.
